We offer a 15-day return window, meaning you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In unused and original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, instructions on how and where to send your item will be provided.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@shopbiobricks.com 

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Used or assembled items

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)

Assembly & Use Disclaimer

Our building kits are designed to be assembled according to the included instructions.
Due to the nature of building sets, damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, modification, or force applied during or after assembly is not covered by our return or refund policy.

If your set arrives defective, damaged in transit, or missing parts, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

We’re always happy to help troubleshoot build issues or provide guidance if you need assistance during assembly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@shopbiobricks.com.
